This is just a quick post to let you all know of a neat little local trick that was discovered and posted on Reddit.
When at a simple Google search prompt:
www.google.com, www.google.ca, etc
… search for the following:

Yes – that’s right – just the two stars. You should get a google local search of businesses closest to you.
No one is altogether sure of the full utility of this shortcut, BUT! We’re always interested to find these “easter eggs”, and would like to thank the folks in this Reddit thread. 🙂
