We were sent the following message a customer of ours received today:
It seems fairly clear from this email that the Xone product is being discontinued. That being said, we could not find any supporting evidence on the Yext site or in fact anywhere else at all.
Xone seemed to be a fair product. It did seem a little odd that a pure software play like Yext would get into the distribution of a hardware product – even a hardware product that carries virtually no maintenance with it.
Does anyone else have confirmation that Xone is being discontinued? And if so, are you still going to continue with one of the many other options out there for Beacon technology?
